Welcome to PlaySticker ("PlaySticker", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing, accessing, or using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


1. Service Description

PlaySticker provides QR code stickers and a cloud-based platform that allows users to associate digital content, including videos, PDF documents, user manuals, eBooks, guides, brochures, reports, and other supported files, with a unique QR code.
Users may access such content by scanning a PlaySticker QR code using a compatible device.


2. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content that you upload to the PlaySticker platform.
By uploading content, you grant PlaySticker a non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and deliver such content as necessary to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload.


3. Content Storage Period

PlaySticker stores uploaded content for a maximum period of five (5) years.
The storage period begins on the date the content is uploaded to the PlaySticker platform, regardless of the date the QR sticker was purchased.
After the storage period expires, PlaySticker may remove the content from its systems without further notice.
We reserve the right to modify storage periods in the future, subject to applicable laws and reasonable notice where required.



4. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, share, distribute, or link to content that:
* Contains pornography or sexually explicit material
* Promotes terrorism, extremist activities, or violence
* Contains illegal content
* Infringes intellectual property rights
* Contains hate speech or discriminatory material
* Promotes criminal activity
* Contains malware, viruses, or harmful software
* Violates applicable laws or regulations

PlaySticker reserves the right to review, disable, suspend, or permanently remove content that violates these Terms or that becomes the subject of credible complaints.
Content may be removed without prior notice if we believe removal is necessary to protect users, third parties, or the integrity of the service.


5. Content Complaints

If PlaySticker receives a complaint regarding uploaded content, we reserve the right to investigate the matter and remove or disable access to the content while the complaint is reviewed.
Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.


6. Email Notifications

PlaySticker may offer optional email notifications when content associated with a QR code is accessed.
To prevent abuse and excessive notifications, PlaySticker will send a maximum of five (5) automatic access notifications per QR sticker.
Once this limit is reached, no additional automatic notifications will be sent for that specific QR sticker unless otherwise stated by PlaySticker.
Delivery of email notifications is not guaranteed and may be affected by third-party email providers or technical issues.



7. Availability of Service

While we strive to provide reliable service, PlaySticker does not guarantee uninterrupted access to content, websites, servers, or cloud infrastructure.
Temporary outages, maintenance, upgrades, or third-party service disruptions may affect availability.



8. Intellectual Property

All PlaySticker trademarks, logos, software, website content, branding, and technology are the property of PlaySticker and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaySticker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.


10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if a user violates these Terms and Conditions.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of PlaySticker after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
